Did you see the story about Kid Rock getting into an altercation at the Waffle House? All sorts of weird stuff happen at the Awful Waffle. Mohammed Atta used to frequent the one up the street from where I lived in Georgia.
The Waffle House was my dad's favorite restaurant. He thought all the troubles of the world could be solved over dinner there. Personally I think anyone who opened a Waffle House franchise in California would get very rich very quick.
