Well, if you're streaming to the PS3 you are going to be lucky if you get album art to work (as this is a known issue). Having said that, iTunes will embed the artwork, or you can try MusicBrainz PicardTagger, but from memory I've always seen Media Monkey recommended, so that's most likely your best bet.
