I don't think it's a Civic, think it's called the Honda 
Insight.

(Saw one yesterday driving home. Reminded me a little of 
the old Citroen.)

All I've heard is that Toyota and Honda take opposite 
approaches on which engine (gas or electric) is the 
primary and which is the secondary.
