I've lived here most of my life and there's definitely "climate change". When I was a kid in the early 80s basically it snowed from Halloween to the HS Hockey Tourny in March. People cross-country skied to work, you could downhill throughout the entire season, hockey was played outdoors, etc. Summer started in May and ended in September. August was HOT! Then somewhere in the 90s it started to change. Weather got more variable. By early 2000s it seemed like we didn't have winter any longer. I remember 2006: on Feb 5th I washed my car outside and it was like 50^. No way that woulda happened in the 80s. Then 2007 we started to get winters again. Last year was pretty close to when I was a kid. This year is just weird. It's been a long winter, more like when I was kid, but summer is a long time in coming. Still not here yet really and it's almost June. One summer when I was kid there was still parking lot ice left in July.
