Ah, then you should give one a try. I use SmartDraw for a lot of diagramming stuff, and they have specific functionality for use with a tablet. Other tools might as well, I don't know for sure. Even without special functionality, you can use the pen to drag and drop shapes, write freehand on diagrams and charts and use the built-in OCR to drop in text from your handwriting, etc. That's one of my favorite uses of the tablet functionality.
