It's working fine for me. One of the settings for the site is "Enable strict session IP security." Which according to the what's this "restricts each login session to its original IP address. If a user\'s IP changes, they will no longer be logged in." I've un-checked it, maybe that'll make the needed change. His ISP may be floating traffic out a number of IP's.
