LOL!  I know this about you, and I understand this, although I only hug and
talk to my bikes.  I do occasionally pet the car when the dog has taken a
particularly large chunk out of the upholstery.

And this seems to me a responsible use for the vehicle.

As I said, I have no problem with folks owning SUV's - I own one too. I do
have problems with folks poopoohing the environmental issues our country
faces and I do think that bragging over whose SUV is bigger is incredbly
stupid....and incredibly AMERICAN!!

But you aren't of the sort.  None of that was directed at you.
