What's it worth to you? Will $5k cover the inconvenience of moving your stuff to another domain? There's certainly nothing wrong with inquiring as to what they're going to do with it. The offer is reasonable, and depending on what they are planning to do with it would determine whether or not they'd be willing to negotiate something higher. If they're considering other names, and you delay too long, they could withdraw the offer. It's tricky, but I'd say go for it.
