This is just odd. And then it gets funny. Or more odd. Or something. (1.) South Carolina Gov. Mark Sanford went missing Thursday and hasn't been seen for 5 days, although apparently he's been heard from today.
(2.) His wife and family said they had no idea where he was. (3.) His staff said he was "away", but refused to offer any other explanation or duration and the Lt. Gov had not been notified to run the state while the Gov was away. (4.) His staff today said the Gov had taken a vacation to hike the Appalachian Trail. (5.) Gov Sanford has 4 kids and Sunday was Father's day. Oh and also ...
