Looks like a job for query a query, if your'e using CF5 that is. Within the output of QUERY="Employees" use another query which queries employees, then loop through it's output, without your recordset I can't really help further.

But i cant seem to do both! I would like to use a group by studio like i have, but display employee info top, down the right top, down & again in 3 culms i have tried a few different ways & just keep getting deeper...
