There should have been an option for you to have your password e-mailed to you, I'm not sure why you didn't receive that one. Sorry for your frustration... So I create as I've not used MM's ones... All fine and dandy so far, right? Next it tells me that the email address has already been used on Allaire's Forums... Well, no SH*T! So, it asks me for my login at Allaire - I can't remember it, so instead of doing the BLOODY OBVIOUS thing of emailing it to me, it passes me to a form that requests the details be sent by a person... That's right, a person has to send me my login details! Now, I requested them on Monday, it's now Wednesday and I still haven't heard a thing So, am I supposed to think "Oh, they're so busy that they've not got to my request yet", or should I think "Why in God's name can't a company like Macromedia create Auto-Email systems that send out login details" - I'm heading for the latter After this, am I going to bother using the Macromedia Forums? Like Hell I am - if I can't even login, then why should I go there??? Sorry, had to rant a little <sigh> Philip Arnold Technical Director Certified ColdFusion Developer ASP Multimedia Limited Switchboard: +44 (0)20 8680 8099 Fax: +44 (0)20 8686 7911 www.aspmedia.co.uk www.aspevents.net An ISO9001 registered company. ********************************************************************** This email and any files transmitted with it are confidential and intended solely for the use of the individual or entity to whom they are addressed.
