Those photos are almost certainly of man who used makeup to cover a severe disfigurement. And so what? At his worst, he was easier to look at than bigots who do nothing but spout hate and contempt instead of having any compassion.
If I ever need EMS, I hope they don't send you. My pale skin and white hair might cause you discomfort.
