Thanks for the suggestion, I had already ran the validator from the
point of the HTML file with the included CSS links. That showed the CSS
being included was valid, but it also showed that the CSS from the third
link was being igonored.
Unfortunately running the validator directly on the third CSS files
shows no problems:
W3C CSS Validator results for file://localhost/adverts.css (CSS level 2.1)
Congratulations! No Error Found.
So I am still completely in the dark on why that third file is just
being completely ignored.
