All of this goes back to the question that has not been answered on the difference between the "Certificate of Live Birth" and the "Birth Certificate". Apparently there are legal differences between the two documents. I'm not going to go into that debate here because I left my excedrin at home... needless to say, that is what is driving this question. If my memory serves, there were members of the military in 2001 that pulled this same kind of action based on the argument that Bush was not the legally elected President.
