"Henderson was awesome. He essentially just timed Bisbing and took him out. Joe Rogen had just said, "if Bisbing keeps circling to his left he's going to walk right into Henderson's hook ... BAM! Thump. WACK!""
I've done similar things at Taekwondo tournaments.. if someone starts circling to one side consistently it's just a matter of time before I catch them with a solid round kick, that plus the momentum of their movement usually equals a knockdown or knockout.. I think Mir has fought bigger guys and won... he's also getting *ahem* old (by MMA standards) Lesnar's real advantage is brute strength.. in his K-1 debut, he submitted his opponent by strikes, broke two of the guys ribs with punches... In the WWE, he body slammed a 360+ lb wrestler from the from the top rope.. even with help that takes crazy strength.. but someone will figure out what to do with him... I think it came down to lesnar being so big - he was to rest on top which nullified his weaker cardio. Full guard is Mir's game but he just couldn't move. Henderson was awesome. He essentially just timed Bisbing and took him out. Joe Rogen had just said, "if Bisbing keeps circling to his left he's going to walk right into Henderson's hook ... BAM! Thump. WACK!" Once Bisbing went down Henderson did a flying forearm smash to his head but Bisbing's toes had long curled by that point. It's like 5 minutes before he woke up and he was slow to recover. Totally worth every penny. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Want to reach the ColdFusion community with something they want?
