At 4:50 :) They did it as only Colbert Report/Daily Show could. They showed Alito say quite clearly that in a decision making situation on Discrimination, his own family background of discrimination would be taken into account. However, there was no outcry about this statement, nor was it found to mean that Alito's judgements would be prejudiced. However, when Sotomayor said the same thing, several senators stated that this implies that she is biased.
