I thought I had mentioned this before but guess I didn't elaborate - my wife and I both lived in Alexandria when we were in High School... actually, my dad worked on the Hill for quite some time. I used to take myself through the different museums when that was actually safe! Then again, I left the DC Metro in 1992, my wife in '93. Sounds like things have changed b i g time! The 95 must have gotten worse over time. I had my first car accident on the 95 taking my then girlfriend home in Woodbridge. I had to get from the left-lane entrance of Rt 1 to the right-hand exit for the Woodbridge.... not an easy feat, esp in rush hour! It's going to be a fun trip though - the first time we've gone on a vacation that wasn't aimed at visiting family!
