Ya know, with all these radical groups, both left and right with the  
ability to spread disinformation with the click of a mouse and the  
email addresses of 10 good friends, I do think things like this are  
needed.  Bush did have a similar program in effect that targeted  
journalists.

But just take a look at facebook and see the ramblings of idiots on  
there.  People don't care if what they're posting/forwarding is true  
or not...If it conforms with their view of the world, by gum, it must  
be true.
