Considering the source, I would take this story with more than a grain of salt. The Washington Time, owned by the Rev. Moon, has been found out numerous times for injecting a right wing bias into its news stories, and for disguising editorials as news. In the past they have been found to distort and misrepresent in order to advance the paper's agenda.
