So. my sonic screw diver failed. tried to get some things in order in the baby room.
1. replace old sconce on knob and tube wiring. did my thing with the dremel on a new sconce said wife provided. added a pull chain so it could be turned on/off. cant see either black or whit on knob and tube. wire it the way i think the old one was. 2. replace a non-grounded outlet. wired the way the other plugs looked. again knob and tube. (did this multiple times after problem below....) light comes on/off. cool plug work's as designed. but now the plug for pc on other side of house doesn't work, neither does the plug directly below it, in the living room. or light in wife's closet.. re wired plug replacement plug in babies room a few more time back and forth to see if i just had wrong wires switched.. no luck.. now i am pissed... reset all circuits. noticed air conditioner was not running fan - wtf.. reset breakers. air back on! i don't get it.. had electricians do the plug i use on pc specifically.. i mean i am pissed.. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Want to reach the ColdFusion community with something they want?
