If you send email without specifically requesting that it not be
forwarded, I would assume that forwarding it presents no problem to
you, even if I elect to forward it to the Whitehouse.  That would be
especially true for anything posted on a public listserv.

They could nip this issue in the bud by taking down the request for
citizens to report rumors, and just Google it.
