My copy of Skeptical Inquirer arrived yesterday and had an interesting article on the 687 dissenting scientists listed on the "United States Sentate Minority Report on Global Warming".
Here's the breakdown: < 10% of have published articles on climate scient ~ 15% have a significant pub at least related to climate science 551 had no evidence of any peer reviewed publications bearing on climate science 55 had no science credentials at all "many" identified as meteorologists turned out to be weather reporters 4% expressed support for the anthropogenic causes of global warming - therefore shouldn't have been on the list If you want to destroy my sweater, pull this thread while I walk away.
