The point I'm making is that by relying on biased blog postings sponsored by the Winnipeg Scum (local nickname for the tabloid), I'm more than skeptical of anything that's said in it. And why does that matter. In case you've missed what has been said time and time again, medical coverage is a provincial affair. Given that the accessibility of such systems are fairly limited in Manitoba (Winnipeg, Brandon, Boundry Trails and Central etc), I can see people going down to the US for these procedures. The Manitoba Regional Health Care System will pay for them according the the reimbursement schedule that is published. That said, other scheduled services are typically almost immediate to only two weeks for CT scans in Winnipeg. In all cased of emergency or urgent care there is no wait for any services. Now in comparison to the US what is the wait time for an MRI or CT scan when the person is poor and uninsured? ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Want to reach the ColdFusion community with something they want?
