You're missing the point. He's trying to convince the children to support his health care plan. It's propaganda. He can't convince the masses so he's trying to brainwash the kids.
I think it would be an honor for the children to hear any president speak and Obama is on TV every week if not day. This guts just not very presidential, he's a used car salesman.
