I know that people are complaining about us lefties wanting to kill off all the old people, but I personally propose a solution on the opposite end of the spectrum. Give every 18 year old a motorcycle, require them to ride it and make it illegal for them to wear a helmet. Those that survive to 21 are full fledged members of society and probably smart enough that we'll be able to fund and utilize universal health care coverage.
