Who decides what your car repair is worth? Who decides what your home repair is worth? Who decides what your dinner is worth? You. And the market supplies a product for you at the price you want to pay. In healthcare, that market system has broken by poor regulation which has lead to an insane insurance model. Most people have no clue how much a decent physical should cost. Repair that and you've fixed healthcare.
