My recommendations: CFBuilder for project view. Text Mate for opening files from the desktop - quick editing - etc.
And Dreamweaver if CFBuilder isn't to your liking. Frankly, those who say DW is ass w/o having tried it recently are, well, speaking out their ass. DW may not be considered an "IDE", but it is a damn good editor and has come a LONG way. Is it better than CFB? Not to me. But it comes close. I'd use it over CFEclipse.
