Here's what I wrote on the fifth anniversary: of 9/11 There is a lot of discussion today about remembrance and about blame. What I feel most when hearing this discussion is anger. Anger at those who flew the planes. Anger at those who planned the attacks. Anger at those who failed to prevent the attacks. Anger at those who would profit from the disaster. But mostly, and overwhelmingly, anger at the scum who use the deaths of those precious people to advance and justify their twisted political agendas. Here is my message to them: If you aren't going to do something productive to prevent another 9/11, if you aren't going to take appropriate action against appropriate enemies, then shut up about 9/11, and let the victims of your incompetence truly rest in peace.
