That's new. Wikipedia Dr. Who. It's "ancient" in TV terms. ;) I
watched the old episodes when I was in middle school, late night on
PBS. The old series was very well done considering the budget - it
really put the focus on the story. I've really enjoyed the new series
as well though. It kept the spirit of the old but updated it as well.
My son loves it too so it's something for us both to watch.
