I could of I think. Given the help of a good neuroscientist. From what I understand when the animal would turn or move in a direction that the researchers desired, one of the rat's pleasure centers would be stimulated. the animal probably learned very fast. Personally I think it would work even better for undergraduates. Imagine using that method to teach Intro to Programming.
