Racist? Wilson? No. Hank Johnson? Perhaps - he's local in the Atlanta
area, but I don't really know alot about him aside from this.

Hank Johnson represents the 4th Congressional District, which is the
same district in the Metro Atlanta area who also elected the complete
wack-job named Cynthia McKinney.

Some would suggest that the racial makeup of this particular district
may encourage it's representative to play the race card more often
than he or she should in order to get re-elected.  I suspect this
statement from him may be at least in part targeted at his local
constituents.
