Unfortunately, some people are much *more* sensitive to the chemicals and smells in perfumes and colognes. Causing reactions the lead to headaches and illness. If you are in the majority then nothing is wrong, unless somebody pours this stuff on themselves. But for these poor minorities it can be a real and serious problem. And the idea is that one should be able to go to work without ones coworkers actually making you ill.
