I still think it is culture, not player quality. I think if you drop the best 10 players in the NFL in there, they would start losing in just a few games.
Let's see how Seymour feels in a week or two. I think if the Pats ended up with Russell, or Steelers, or Miami, he would either show his talent, or be shown for a player who is not willing to put the work in. (Can you say Mendenhall?). I know the talent is there. I don't know if the work ethic is there. And I _know_ that the supporting cast and locker room is not there.
