you may also want to look at sections 15 thorugh 20. They define when the citizenship is no longer in effect. Since obama did not declare either British or Kenyan citizenship by age 23, he isn't a citizen of either country, only of the US.
Face it Sam there is so much evidence that shows Obama is a "natural born" citizen that if you twist any more to distort the facts you'll be staring yourself in the face.
