My guess would be that a robot is filling out your contact form. It's possible that the robot uses fake information to "test" the forms and reports success to another system for actual spamming.
You should implement cfformprotect http://cfformprotect.riaforge.org/ Also, if you're not expecting BBML in your comments .. ie...
