oops I accidentally sent this email directly to steve sorry. I understand what your saying Steve but, 1) The company was already paid partially but all of it went to the boss. The second installment was supposed to be split by my friend and another person that was working on the project. 2)There were 2 invoices sent and numerous emails which have been ignored. I agree that going through the courts may just not be worth it that's why the idea of setting up a mirror site sounds so good. anyway thank you all for you advice Regina
