I support giving the carriers the right to actively manage traffic for the
purpose of fairness to all customers, but not to actively manage traffic
based on the revenue it generates or for anti-competitive purposes. There
needs to be a middle ground that gives carriers the ability to allocate
percentages of total bandwidth based on type of traffic, e.g. p2p traffic,
mail, web browsing, audio/video streaming, but that does not give them the
right to block particular sites, for instance.
