OK, I have a question for anyone who is using Windows 7. When I download something in FF (version 3), I cannot open the download and when I look in the folder, the download is not there. Same thing in IE. I select save, and the file is not there. If I select run, the file downloads, then the run dialog box shows up, I select run and then nothing. I checked the firewall settings but do not see anything there. Is there some kind of user control that I am not seeing that is preventing me from installing programs?
