Depends on what model of TIVO you have. On my old one, I don't think you
could decrypt shows that were encrypted, only ones that were recorded
unencrypted. I previously hacked my DirecTiVO to add wireless networking and
remove encryption processing, then download them via FTP. If you have that
model, you might benefit from seeing what I did:

Newer ones might allow you to pull the recordings, I don't know.
