Can anyone see on this video how the "perp" committed a felony assault and resisting arrest?
Because I don't see it here. I think the cop _could_ have been a little less forceful taking the guy off the train, but that is a judgment call, and I cannot fault the cop for that, right up to the slam against the wall. Had the guy NOT put his arm up to lesson the impact on the wall, was that too much force slamming him against it? I think that yeah, it probably was. But not 100% sure. I would want it to be looked at, but don't know the answer. But why slam a guy against a plate glass window in the first place? That seems like a pretty bad move (as evidenced by the glass shattering and cutting them both) On Tue, Nov 24, 2009 at 4:14 PM, Dana <[email protected]> wrote: > > what, again?? > > On Tue, Nov 24, 2009 at 9:15 AM, Jerry Johnson <[email protected]> wrote: > > > > > And how this is not too much force? > > > > > > > http://www.cnn.com/2009/CRIME/11/24/california.transit.police.scuffle/index.html > > > > > > > > ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Want to reach the ColdFusion community with something they want?
