I disagree. I expect the US to keep even with England. If they lose that match, I doubt it will be by more than a goal. I could easily see the game ending 1-0 either way and I think that the US is a decent bet to go to the round of 8. They'll have to play the top 2 in Group G though and with Germany likely to win that group, it would be a tough draw indeed for whatever team finishes 2nd.
