This is medical advice, which we are free to ignore. People do it all the
time ;)

I'd just as soon have missed having my them actually. But I have the benefit
of hindsight on this. I know for a fact that three was no indication for
them because there was nothing there.  Someone else's cost-benefit analysis
could legitimately be very different. If for example my mother had had
breast cancer, the relatively mild discomfort for five minutes would be more
than balanced out by the peace of mind that comes from a negative result.

yadda yadda yadda. This panel benefits not at all from any kind of
rationing.
