It looks to me like the big boat purposefully turns and runs down the small boat. I know that the people in the small boat are probably pains in the butt, but I don't think this is acceptable. (Nor do I think that the Japanese lying about "research" is an acceptable fig leaf for whale hunting. If you have the balls to do it, have the balls to admit you are doing it.
