During adverse events (catastrophic failure, emergency venting due to pressure buildup, lack of containment of fuel sources, etc) the nuclear power plant is going to be much more likely to zap your ass (to use a technical term). Coal has a lot more endemic, continuous adverse environmental impact. Nuclear power has a lot worse impact during catastrophic events.
