Generally Flash exploits are written into a .swf file so that when it plays
through a browser it does nasty stuffs without you knowing. It's generally
not something sitting on your compy that would compromise a flex/flash/air
app you've written. I think you're confusing that most exploits are via
flash with an indication that a client app wouldn't be safe. That's my
understanding anyway.
