I bought a 36" pro scan off a guy...oh....about 6 or 7 years ago. He claimed it was only 3 or 4 years old, but who knows for sure. I got about a year or two out of it before it shot craps. Since I can't really vouch for it's age or how it was treated at the dude's house, i'm probably not much help....but on the surface, it seemed like it crapped out awfully quickly.
One thing about that TV that I'll never forget though...that 36" CRT was THE single heaviest television every created.
