Westboro will win...they've won every single one of these suits, as they should.
The only deterrent to behavior like this is public scorn and scrutiny....which these assholes actually FEED off of. As such, there is no way to shut them up given our free society...and I wouldn't have it any other way. We should stop trying to fight their rights. We all know the best way to shut them up, but we lack the capacity to do it.
