Actually, my parents are pretty good. They had a virus a few years back, but I changed the AV and haven't had a problem since. They are pretty set on their sites and don't venture too far from their email.
My sister, on the other hand, not so much. Thankfully her roommate works for geek squad and he does her stuff.
