I just saw a 2 page ad for CF MX and upgrades in a magazine. Didn't look like they were sticking it to us. The CF/Flash/DW upgrade was (I believe) less then 600. And that's for CF server. After tonights meeting I'll get the magazine and post the prices. Bottom line is that it doesn't look like we're footing the bill. It's like advertising. They can pay a few million to get an ad in the press that people may ignore or they can have a lawsuit or two won and lost which will get front page in a tech and business journal. Both ways get the message out there but the law suit one is actually more cost effective. A few hundred thou for the lawyers and boom, lots of reviews and talk. Of course, they couldn't be that sneaky, could they? ;)
