It's safe until they find you. You would need a good amount of hilly land with space for multiple exits to make a good vault, so might as well be mobile. Water isn't an issue around here, Clorine tabs or drinking sticks would work fine. I will be stocking up on MRI packs, they outlast caned foods. Just mainly one of those things that you get to thinking about.
